Concrete pad (Chesapeake, VA)
I need a 12'x16' concrete pad for shed with ramp formed, properly reinforced with mesh/re-bar, poured, and finished with anchor bolts set. All bidders must be licensed, insured/bonded, with positive references. Workers must be able to provide all tools. BBB positve rating is a plus. Additional work bid for building gambrel shed according to plans is available for bid. I can order and schedule material delivery and prepay for materials on site. Labor will be paid upon completion.
